Jog-a-thon Awards

Some of our homeroom students receiving Jog-a-thon day.  It happened to be Medieval Day that day too!

Rock Cycle with Starburst

We recreated the rock cycle by first creating a sedimentary rock.  We stacked 3 different Starburst candies on top of each other (deposition) and stepped on them (compaction).

We heated up the candies to make an igneous rock.  We then added more heat and pressure to make a metamorphic rock
